Full Pucker: Heffner Twin-Turbo Lamborghini Spins Out at 228 MPH

We’ve covered our fair share of "oh shit” moments here at and they never seem to cease. That’s owed, in part, to crazy people stepping up and doing insane things. When they flinch, we flinch. We feel their pain when a Lamborghini kisses a wall or smashes into a thousand far-less expensive pieces.

At this year’s Shift-S3ctor Airstrip Attack 7 by Diamonds by Wire and OB Prestige Auto, the OB Prestige Lamborghini, cutely named Double Trouble, got into a wee bit of trouble after it lost to the Extreme Turbo Systems GT-R.

After crossing the finish line at a heart-stopping, license-losing 228 mph, the Italian Stallion spun, rocketing off into the dirt. Sadly, the only video of the code brown moment was caught from an outside-mounted camera on the GT-R.

You can see the Lamborghini edge past the GT-R before nose-diving toward the edge of the runway, spinning and entering the dirt backwards. Losing control of any car at almost any speed is scary. We can’t imagine what the driver was thinking when he realized there was no hope.

No worries though; a few seconds further in the video and the Lamborghini joins the GT-R, just a bit dirtier than it was before. Probably like the guy’s pants.
