Those are big shoes to fill considering the track-ready capability of the original Ford Shelby Mustang GT350 competition car. However, the car that rolled out in Detroit will put it to shame.

We may no longer have the Boss 302, but Ford saw our disappointment and delivered a Shelby GT350 with a flat-plane V-8 and a 8,200 RPM redline. We're impressed.
