Over Father’s Day weekend, the fifth annual Pikes Peak Airstrip Attack Presented by Drag965 kicked off and lived up to its hype as the largest event of its kind in the world. 7,000 spectators, 1.9 million live viewers, and 315 competitors, sponsors and media converged to the Colorado Springs Airport to witness history. As is the case with any Airstrip Attack, multiple engines were blown, egos tarnished, and records set.
