It just stopped latching? I found that my Volvo sometimes has this issue, however it's narrowed down to the fact that the recoil spring for the latch literally freezes. Driving rains will get down into that mechanism, and low and behold I can't close the door. Have to pull it into the garage for about an hour and let it thaw out. Total PITA sometimes. But given it's March 7th now, I'm sure that's not your problem lol. Hope you can fix her up! And yeah, I can totally second that lack of space issue. I can barely fit my GF and my dogs into my car! Quite lacking in the back-seat dept

I dont think it's frozen, but a big thanks for the helpful gesture, bro. I'm waiting again for the part to arrive. Meanwhile, I'lll be taking the WRX, wife and 1 kid to Portland this Friday. So, if you're over there...(100 to 1 chance)..let's go have coffee!

rewrite: "Let's go have coffee" to "You may enjoy sipping on a coffee of choice whilst chatting with a newly Premier member of Revvolution, -RevRichmond-, who happens to be listed under the Most Viewed Profiles" (Top 5, if that thing is accurate.) 8-) Wooohooo, feelin pretty good about now.....while I continue to cram the family into my car while waiting for the Pacifica's part to arrive!!!!!(evil)(evil) I'm either popular..... or just an rarity:::..... "Middle-aged(32), black, Pentecostal preacher, martial-artist, drummer, WRX owner and self-modder, driving/sports car enthusist?!?!?! I gotta check this myth out......*click*.........hmmmm, probably just a bot.......or an African scammer......:o...." Now, if you want me to deposit the sum total of $5.6 million USD into your account, just send me your info, kindly, Sir, as you have been chosen to help me store found treasure from Egypt, inherited from my uncle Matumbo Yamamma...(evil) Heheheeee

Bought the part, wrong one, sent it back to Amazon, got the right one, installed it...... and it worked! It wasnt the easiest automotive repair I've done, but it's working flawlessly! I really did want to do a write up on it, but due to time constraints, I was unable to. Feel free to txt me 541-910-7239 if ya have any questions on how to change a 04 Chrysler Pacifica part # 5054437AA latch-front, (front driver's door latch assembly, much bigger unit than just the actuator itself). I bought it from Vision Automotive Group in Rochester, NY 585-385-5700 for $51.17 + $7.50 shipping to Oregon. ....which now means...... time to get that REV sticker on MY car!!!!!8-)

Ha, yes that rant was great. And that most viewed is correct, nicely done, sir! And I love how that rant pretty much exemplifies the type of enthusiast we aim to bring to our site. enthusiast / self-modd'r... Glad to hear you got your issue fixed! Sometimes the simplest things (say, perhaps a RATTLE???) are the hardest to fix, LOL.
