Simple question. What? Who (If you wish to share)? Where? How long? Future plans? Pros? Cons?

What?    Personal Banker
Who?     Capital One Bank
Where?   Tyler, TX
How long?   I've been in banking and with this company for a little over 3 years now
Future Plans?   I honestly don't know. This company is so huge, there are lots of places I can go...
Pros?   Learning new things, Hearing stories from my customers, pay (If i reach my monthly goals)
Cons?   Nagging customers, lazy co-workers, Cap1 is sometimes "too big", pay (If I don't reach my monthly goals)

Well, before Revvolution took over my life, I was a little corporate bitch LOL

What? Project Manager
Who? Whiting-Turner Construction
How long? Was going on 4 years, ascended the ranks pretty quickly and could've had a very promising career (even midst  the economic down-turn), but decide it was time to cut it loose.

Reasons for leaving? Starting something that meant more. Building department stores was fun and all, but in the end certainly not what I was trying to do with my life.

What- B-Tech (Automotive Tech)
Where- Firestone Complete Autocare
Description- I work on and fix cars for a living. B-Tech meaning I have a few ASE's under my belt and I can do more then oil changes, tires, and simple repairs/Maintenance, but I have a long way to go yet...
Pros- It is a rapid hands on learning environment that has taught me well and is bringing my much needed experience with cars up to date. Being corporate, they have descent benefits and pay for my ASE tests. Plus when you pass the test you get recognition through a $200 dollar bonus. Advancement through the company.
Cons- Anything associated with the corporate world, sometimes the team work sucks, ten hour days, it is Firestone meaning a tire store... at times all you do is tires and we see a lot of oil feild trucks and lifted vehicles, and i am not a big guy...
How long- Over a year (just at Firestone, 4 Years in the field)
Future Plans- I could plateau when I reach master certified tech status, I can also move up to Service Manager, Store Manager, or like my lead boss, Store Manager/Partner in the company.

Dude sorry to hear about the lay off! But good choice on the next line of work! I may be able to fix a car, but I cannot for the life of me do body work.
