I havent actually. Im a little hesitant on anything bigger than an FP Green just because i dont know the extent of the built motor. But CK at UPP here in the Springs is going to cut me a deal. I get his setup(35r, manifold, downpipe, tune and labor) for less than what he would normally charge, if I let him make a rotated turbo setup test kit for the 08+ STI. Using my Subaru as the "project car".

Not a bad deal at all man! I have always been a fan of the FP 68HTA and Green myself. A rotated 35 sounds like fun. Have read some on a few builds with that setup, sounds like a blast when built and tuned right. Especially on the 2.5 of a Subaru.
If you talk the talk, you better crankwalk the walk.

Haha, hell yes, CK will hook it up! Impressionz here on the site is going to be his '05 STi test bed too!

CK has made it very clear that he's 100% comfortable pushing the STi platform up to 400whp without any supporting ENGINE modifications, which is a pretty substantial improvement, almost 100% (to the wheels).

Are you going to be going with the GT35R or the T04BSH?

For the STI, Im going to keep it pretty conservative, so probably around 350-375hp. As for the turbo, I honestly dont know. For me, it'll come down to which has the faster spool.
How'd the pictures come out for CK's twin turbo kit, Rocky?

Hmm, if you are looking for the fastest spool in the ~400hp range have you looked at the HX-30? A ton cheaper than the Garrets and because they were designed to run on the cooler exhaust gasses of a diesel typically spool up much faster. On our 2.0L engines I think they spool around 3500 rpms, so on your 2.5L you should be having trouble staying OUT of boost.
