Hey all. Long time no see! How is everyone doing? Finally resolved all my computer trouble, and after getting everything done that I needed to in my life i'm finally able to return and catch up on what I missed. I hope everyone is well and I have a few questions regarding my new DD of sorts.
I picked up a 2001 Saab 95Aero over the weekend and believe it or not I actually really like it. I've always enjoyed the appeal of wagons and I think it's pretty quick for it's class. It needs a few minor things (alignment, oil change, gasket work, etc.) but all in all it's in great working order and i'm excited to start modifying it. I think it'll really stand out if I can put even a few minor things into it, as Saab's aren't typically seen at meets or shows, or in the car community in general. At least in my experience. There's the catch, though. Modification.
As i'm SURE you're all aware there aren't a multitude of parts available for Saab unless I want to order from overseas. I've been looking around for plenty of different parts and accessories but I've failed to find many, and had an even harder time finding any for my model specifically. I read on a Saab specific forum that some GM parts can fit/are shared with Saab, but I'm still not sure about the parts i'm looking for specifically.
So now i'm reaching out to you guys! Anyone know of any sites I can go to, or people I can talk to about ordering or finding any aftermarket support for my Saab? Any suggestions are welcome, and any help is greatly appreciated. I am excited to be back, and look forward to talking to everyone again.
