Have you already crushed your stock 1G BOV? This is an old DSM trick. On my Galant VR-4, the crushed valved would hold more boost and wouldn't leak at idle. I'm assuming you have it recirculated, right? If you want an aftermarket valve, I know the Greddy Type-S was kind of the old standby for awhile, and then the Type-RS came out. The Type-R is a nice valve, but pretty big. The HKS Super Sequential was also really popular and is able to be recirculated. I'm not really a big fan of how the HKS SSQ sounds, though. Kind of a high-pitched whistle. If you're not running tons of boost on a large turbo, I would crush that stock 1G valve and recirc it and call it a day. FYI, if you crush it, use a clamp and only crush it until the bottom of the vaccum port/nipple touches the body of the valve, no more.
