Well I suppose since in the long run this Talon is my project, I should get a build thread started. Pictures to be up ASAP! Its basically stock minus, turbo back exhaust, intake, hard intercooler piping, head was rebuilt using Evolution VIII valves and supertech springs. And the coolest mod of all... My Evo VIII shift knob hahaha! Where it sits now i will be redoing the exhaust, and taking out the stock ECU and running it with the Evolution VIII ECU. I like its tuning capabilities just a bit more then DSMlink. I know to complete a project or a build you need an end goal set but im not sure if I want a holy street terror or a drag monster. Either way, the whole car will be gone over, new suspension, rebuilding another 6 bolt (maybe I should put in a 7 bolt and be different haha), swapping my 3 bolt rear for a 4 bolt rear end, and many many more things... I will keep the log updated as I go along. It will be a slow on going process...
Nah I have known some guys to do a set up like that so the can rev to 10K and run 35psi on E85 and get some damn good numbers. I want to say Ross has a set of pistons like that specificly made for boost and E85 at a 10:1 compression ratio.Originally posted by drxlcarfreak
