I know this is super old, but I did make it to this event with a few friends. We were quite disappointed with the size of the event. There was a car show during the event with a few participants (maybe 30 cars/trucks). The overall size of the event and number of vehicles was minimal, we see more vehicles there during Test and Tune nights during the summer than this event had all day. Drag races were alright, a few well built Honda drag cars, and the usual crowd of Evo and WRX owners (which was far less than the meet this group has duing the summer which draws upwards of 200 cars). Needless to say, and in my own opinion, not worth the money spent or the cost of fuel for the drive.

I wasn't able to make it either, but I can say that some of the events up and Bandimere have been a little lackluster. It's such a HUGE event grounds with such damn potential that there could be a serious event held there for the local scene. This may be something we should certainly think about getting something together for in the near future. When we went up there for the Street Wars event hosted by Monster (and Monster wasn't even there??? ), it was a piss poor turn out. Maybe like 30-50 cars MAX that had any potential. I think one of the biggest hurdles will be to bring everybody together, Tuners, Muscle, and even the Exotics. If done correctly, it could be something to the tune of Concours d'Elegance with a new-age kick. It will definitely take some work though to get everybody thinking on the same level

The biggest car culture event they hold up here is the KBPI car show every year, second to that is the Evo/WRX Red Rocks meet which draws hundreds and its not even an "official" meet. Beyond those two events each summer, the next best thing is just hitting one of the Golden super cruises during the summer and hoping to meet up with some good people.

Yeah we were up at the KBPI event, definitely HUGE, I recall Bandimere staff saying it's the largest special event they host every year. It was certainly a great turn-out, even with it being originally postponed. That event is obviously hosted by KBPI, and Willie B, so much of the following narrows down to American muscle / hot rods. And we're 100% cool with that, we just need to get a better foothold with that crowd. I'll be trying to go to the Super Cruise tonight, but with Simply Fresh and the EuroHarvest event going on, not sure if I'll be able to muster it up to stay in Denver lol. We'll see

I made it to both events this year and there was an amazing turn out for the kbpi show but there was still alot of people at street tuner. but we need to get more people with great cars not just the little ricers actual built cars would be nice to see

Yeah its rough to get everyone together for something like that, it is also rough to get the general tuner crowd and general muscle crowd together in harmony. I always figured the STM/IRDC events at bandimere would be much bigger....
