Anyone else catch this review of the 10 best engines and worst 5 by Dsport? 10 best #1 Honda B series with VTEC #2 Nissan VR38DETT #3 Mitsubishi 4G63T #4 Nissan RB26DETT #5 Toyota 2JZ-GTE #6 Mazda 13B-REW #7 Nissan SR20DET #8 Subaru EJ257 #9 Honda K series #10 Honda F20C/F22C 5 Worst #1 Mitsubishi 4G54B #2 Toyota 4A-GE #3 Nissan KA24E #4 Honda D series #5 Mazda 13B-MSP (Renesis) After reading through this article a time or two I think Dsports ratings are fairly accurate and reasoning is pretty damn logical. What are your thoughts? Discuss freely! Any blasphemous ratings given? Other opinions or maybe missed engines on either list?

Huh, I didn't think the renesis would be on the top 5 worst engines... I mean there hasn't been much aftermarket for it yet, but then again the car wasn't made to be a sports car like the RX7 was. I could see the renesis being used in an older engine to get a bit longer life, and higher HP figures on lower boost.

If you get the chance, read the article. It would be a lot for me to type haha! But its the lack of power, and aftermarket support.

Hmmm, how is the B series better than the GTR engine? I am perplexed...

Tried to find a good link to the article but it kept saying the page is expired. I think the B series ranked #1 because the entire series is like legos and versitle. It was kind of a starting point to a whole revolution and it did make 100 hp per liter N/A. How is The B series better then th 4G63 lol?

Yeah its Dsports 10 best and 5 worst japanese engines. And funny thing in the article, one of the things that got the 4G63 3rd was its reliability.
